Stamina Barbell complex:
Deadlift
Bent Row
Upright Row
Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder Press
Push Ups

2 x 12 at 95
2 x 10 at 105
2 x 8 at 115
2 x 6 at 125
2 x 4 at 135
2 x 2 at 155
2 x 2 at 165

This is a very long and intense workout, so plan enough time! The goal here is 1) go heavy to build strength, and 2) train to failure and keep pushing on. A lot of it is mental! Good Luck!
