Warmup

Conditioning 10 rounds for time:

Run Stairs, use what you have available
10 x Push Ups
10 x Air Squats
10 x Sit Ups

Simple, but don’t sell yourself short. You should run enough stairs so that your heart rate get elevated, but not so much that you’re smoked after only a few rounds. Push it today and try to make each round faster than the last!
