Run 1/2 Mile
50 x Pull Ups
100 x Push Ups
150 x Air Squats
Run 1/2 Mile

Get ready for the big event in May! If you can, do a full Murph!

Abs 3 rounds:
8 x Leg Levers
15 x Crunches
15 x V-Ups
