Stamina Heavy Kettlebell Breathing Ladder:

Perform swings by 2’s and rest by inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling completely through your mouth

2 swings, 1 breath
4 swings, 2 breaths
Go all the way to 20 swings and back down

Abs 2 rounds:
15 x Side Bends
26 x Russian Twists
15 x Crunches
10 x Wide Leg Sit Ups
