Warmup

Stamina
PT Ladder:
1 x Pull Up
2 x Push Ups
3 x Sit Ups

Build up to 7 rounds (7/14/21) and then back down for a total of (49/98/147). But who likes odd numbers? Go ahead and do one more round to make them nice, even numbers!

Then, go ruck march 7 miles at a 4 mph pace. Enjoy!
