5 x Weighted Pull Ups
10 x Weighted Push Ups with feet elevated
15 x Squats holding a 45 lb plate, KB, DB, SB, etc

Abs 2 rounds:
13 x Crunches
12 x Bicycles
10 x Leg Levers
10 x Pulse Ups
30 x Russian Twists
